"Memphis Can Swim"
Thank your for joining us in our mission to ensure our youth's adequacy in water safety.
Step 1
To register for classes we will need to secure a class for your child (ONLY the parent(s) or legal guardian can register their child). After submitting the below form, a staff member will contact you to finalize your child's registration. Please note, if all registration steps are not completed we can not finalize your registration. *Any and ALL payments received are considered a donation and will not be refunded.
Step 2
You must submit a written application! Click the button below to print the "Memphis Can Swim" swim class application. Be sure to fill in every section and initial all waivers. Please bring your completed application with you to your appointment. If you have completed Step 1, a staff member will contact you to set up your appointment to bring in your child's birth certificate (Original Birth Certificate Only. Copies of Birth Certificates will not be excepted.).
Step 3
Last but not least, make your donation to our cause. A donation of $100 (per child/student) will help AfS Inc. to continue its 501c(3) programs within the Mid-South community. We so value you and your family and pray your continued growth and happiness!
